We are looking for a Section Manager for our Verification and Streaming team. Do you have a passion for leadership? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
You will be one of two section managers working together to lead the team, each manager is responsible for approximately 15 individuals
Staff coaching and leadership
Be a member within the CBS Uppsala leadership team
Via the verification team deliver verification and quality control of Bioprocess products
Responsible for QMS, ways of working and continues improvements for the team


Who you are
Experience from project or team leadership
Experience from quality control, or R&D, or Supply chain
Bsc or similar via area experience.
Great interest in developing people and teams
Fluent in English
Delivery focused, balanced with quality/structure focus
