As we are now hiring a Sector Sales Team Leader, Building Services and Construction, this is your chance to join our flourishing company and a knowledgeable and friendly team! This hybrid role is based in Malmö.  

The Sector Sales Team Leader role is a key role in the Aggreko business, where you will manage and deliver growth within your current customer base and target potential new clients - with a focus on growth coupled with profitability. First class people skills are essential, as is the drive to excel and be professional in everything you do.

Primary responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team to create a high-performing sales culture
• Be a role model for the team that works for you by your own sales performance
• Generate leads and sales opportunities
• Create & maintain sales plans for the Team, in line with the sector strategy
• Lead and develop the sales team and maximize total revenues in the sector and motivate them to achieve annual sales goals
• Develop the members of your team to create viable successors when the time arrives

About you

You might be an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in achieving team targets or a high performing salesperson who wants to take their first step into a leadership position.

You have proven customer service skills as well as a track record of maintaining and building sales in a challenging environment, ideally in the power generation and/or temperature control rental industry. You are a natural leader that others want to follow!

Qualifications:
• Degree qualification preferred or relevant experience
• Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills to articulate value propositions and generate customer interest leading to a sale
• Basic understanding of financing/budgeting
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Business numeracy and acumen

• Technically minded - ability to understand and learn about a wide range of technical products
• Sector and applications knowledge preferred
• Proven track record of utilizing CRM
• English as first or second language.
• Ability to travel to meet with customers as needed
• Driving licence
