A matching profile for this position will get the opportunity to develop the target security architecture for the information security and cyber security area and to initiate projects to implement the defined security architecture. The person we are looking for will, together with our Enterprise Architecture-team, Solution Architects, and our Information Security team, lead this journey of change at Group level, together with our Business Areas and Group Functions.

About the job
* Work closely with enterprise architects, solutions architects, and security specialists to identify, define, and implement adequate security solutions throughout all IT systems and platforms to mitigate identified risks sufficiently to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Develops and owns the Alfa Laval Security Architectural framework
+ Sets foundational principles and requirements regarding Security Architecture, aligned with, and incorporated in Alfa Laval’s overarching enterprise architecture
+ Develops the information and technical artifacts that constitute the enterprise information security architecture and solutions.
+ Develops and owns a security architecture repository with approved security design patterns and solutions
* Contributes to the alignment of security governance with EA governance, value streams, program office and business goals and strategies.
* Researches, designs, and advocates new technologies, architectures, and security products that will support security requirements for Alfa Laval and its customers, business partners and vendors.
* Reviews and evaluates parts of the Alfa Laval digital landscape in order to drive alignment with Alfa Laval’s Security Architectural Framework

Supporting duties
* Serves as a security advisor in application development, database design, cloud, network and/or platform (operating system) efforts, helping project teams comply with Information security policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
* Support development with requirements, interpretations of requirements, approve solutions/tools and harvest especially good tools/guidelines to incorporate in enterprise design/solution patterns.
* Collaborates on critical Business & IT projects to ensure that security issues are addressed throughout the project life cycle.
* Analyzes business impact and exposure, based on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.

Who you are

We believe that you are motivated by proactive work together with business units, group functions and IT functions. You are driven by understanding complex information security matters from non-technical stakeholders within the business and suggest good solutions that balance effort with business risk.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have work experience from the information security area at a midsized or larger organization, with a proven track record from both acting at an operative level and in an advising role to the organization as well as IT, in designing and performing information- and IT Security controls and risk analysis.

We are looking for a person with good communication qualities, integrity and who is used to challenge existing models and ways of working. You are structured, analytical with a good ability to work with others in teams. What you know
* Senior Information Security architecture experience including profound knowledge in Architectural frameworks (i.e. TOGAF, SABSA) and Security standards (i.e. NIST, ISO, ISF).
* A solid understanding of the entire stack from networking to the application layer
* A solid understanding of Information security, including the challenges and trade-offs involved, preferable also experienced in cloud security and modern data governance.
* A merit would be if you have certifications within CISSP, CISM, CRISC or equivalent
* Good English communication skills, both written and oral
