Security Awareness, Culture and Change Specialist

- Contribute to designing, running and measuring the impact of an international security awareness, culture and change program,

- Take a threat-and human-risk-based approach when defining positive, reinforcing and adequate activities and behavioral change within leadership and the workforce alike, based on our vision, culture and values that engages people to step up,
- Working closely with security professionals and other subject matter experts from HR, program office and communications and interact with stakeholders on all levels across the bank


What is needed in this role:
- Demonstrated experience of program management and transforming culture, inducing behavioral change and increasing awareness, preferably in the security space and a highly digitalized and large organization
- Demonstrated experience of designing, running and measuring information security awareness programs and activities, such as training, testing, keynote speaking, newsletters/editorials/intranet, phishing/social engineering
- Demonstrated experience of successful multi-level stakeholder engagement and extraordinary communication skills, easily making sense of the complex and what it is important, using a variety of channels and methods, using design tools and multiple channels
- Be independent yet a team-player, curious and a change-maker, and have a passion for learning, working with and helping others
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information security/computer science/ IT, people/HR or behavioral sciences, PR/communication or marketing,
