Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and our customers. Global IM has approx. 750 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.
We are looking for a Secure Development Coach, with solid knowledge of security tooling and software security processes & practices.

Preferably the position will be based in Lund but can also be based in some of our main sites in Chakan, Denton or in Singapore.

What you will do
As a Secure Development Coach, you will be a member of an international team and your main work will be to improve the security posture of the entire inhouse-developed software portfolio across Tetra Pak. You will be the Subject Matter Expert for secure software development and DevSecOps. You will report to the Service Delivery Manager for Security Operations.

You will focus on
· Increase security maturity and improve the security posture across the organization.
· Establish guidelines and processes for a secure software development life cycle together with security architects and translate architectural goals into developer-level practices.
· Establish metrics, follow up and provide reports to CISO.
· Act as a development application security subject matter expert in the software development area and be the body of knowledge for application security for the entire organization.
· Support the champions and work together with relevant stakeholders to establish a secure software development life cycle.
· Driving secure software development products evaluation and ensure Secure Software Development processes are up to date.

Who you are
As a person you are self-motivated and committed to plan, drive and deliver according to set goals. You possess good collaboration and stakeholder management skills and are used to work in teams. You are analytical and structured person that enjoy supporting your colleagues and work together with different stakeholder to find the best solutions.
You have a bachelor’s degree within IT and a minimum of 7 years work experience in software development, with at least 2 years in utilizing or championing Secure Software Development methodology. You have extensive knowledge and strong working experience in some of the following security related technologies:
o DevSecOps methodology
o Application security
o Cloud Security
o Software vulnerability management
o Software Security Testing and SAST tools
o OWASP dependency in practice
o Privilege access and credential control
o Windows and Linux security practices
o Hacking tools and technique

To be successful in the role you will need a good command of English, both spoken and written.
