HOW WE WORK

In this role you’ll get the opportunity to work with the latest technology, an exiting platform provider and help our customers to develop. You work closely with one or more of our customers with their security delivery with solutions from Palo Alto’s product portfolio within both Cloud and On-Prem. By understanding the customers everyday life, you help them with everything from proposing suitable solutions and designing architecture to implementing and managing the environment.

As a consultant within Palo Alto, you’ll become a part of our Professional Services department and you are supported by your colleagues and a 24/7 team of technicians who handle daily operations, support and troubleshooting. You are working from our head office in Malmö and will (when the pandemic is over) usually work 50/50 in the office / at our customers office. Opportunity to some distance work will also be possible.



Some of the more hands on job tasks

- Design, implementation and configuration of new environments with products from Palo Alto

- Management of existing environments

- Migration

- Troubleshooting

- Attending and holding meetings and presentations



WHO YOU ARE

You want to have a role where you have a close collaboration with both colleagues and customers. As a consultant one day will rarely be the same as the next, therefore you need to be able to take initiatives, work independently and you are not afraid to ask. Your hunger is hard to satisfied and you are good at building relationships with people around you.



We prefer that you have experience in the following areas

- Good network understanding

- Experience of working with firewalls

- Good knowledge of English



Additional experience we highly value

- Experience of Palo Alto

- Knowledge in Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA or other equivalent products
