About your job
In this position, you’re responsible for designing and leading behavior change initiatives related to security culture, working together with various stakeholders across our organization. This includes overseeing security training programs and providing guidance on behavioral change within cybersecurity. Conducting research and analyzing data in collaboration with stakeholders is an important part of this role, aimed at identifying specific risk groups and risk behaviors. You lead projects to create, test, implement and follow-up on behavior change interventions, partnering with stakeholders and target groups to ensure success.
Also included in your job is to:
Implement and maintain a security culture program, ensuring its effectiveness and relevance.
Create security training paths for different risk groups, run training campaigns and handle user dialogues.
Support in creating new awareness campaigns and training.
Plan and design behavioral architecture for security behavior change projects.
Perform behavior analyses, implement interventions, follow-up and report.
Drive security culture strategy, tactics and interventions in collaboration with stakeholders.

The location for this position is Gasverket in Stockholm and we apply a hybrid work set-up, allowing you to combine office- and remote work.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a background in designing and leading behavior change initiatives, who’s capable of influencing and shaping behavior within an organizational context. You’re skilled in psychology, behavior analysis and have an Organizational Behavior Management certificate. The ability to have dialogues and anchor behavior issues and interventions with business and cybersecurity groups is needed. You have skills in applying principles from behavioral science to security culture development, as well as designing and administrating training paths in a training platform from a risk-based needs analysis. Experience in research, cybersecurity, data analysis, and identifying risk groups and behaviors is beneficial. Your knowledge is backed by a master’s degree in psychology, behavior science or related field. Working in a global environment calls for excellent skills in English, verbally and in writing, while knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
With your excellent communication skills, you’re able to engage and build genuine networks on all levels within our organization. You’re able to lead change processes and provide behavior specialist advice across a wide span of stakeholders. You foster collaboration across diverse teams, communities and cultures. Your critical thinking and strategic insights enable you to navigate complex environments effectively, while your profound understanding of how systems and context influence cultures, organizations and behaviors empowers you to drive meaningful change.
