Security Engineer-Pentester

Your Role

As a Security Engineer- Pentester, you will be responsible for doing security assessments such as manual penetration testing and DAST on web applications, APIs, Android, and iOS mobile applications.

Main responsibilities can include the following tasks:

• Exploiting web/mobile applications to obtain vulnerabilities.

• Tools: Burpsuite Community/Pro, Nitko, Nmap, wpscan.

• Writing pen-test reports - documentation of every phase, making recommendations to mitigate risks for security and hardening.
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, we are happy to see that you have:

3-8+ years of experience within the field

-
BSc or MSc relevant to Computer Science or similar

-
Experience in doing security assessments such as manual pen-testing and DAST on web applications, APIs, Android, and iOS mobile applications.

A passion for hacking and finding security loopholes

-
In-depth knowledge of security vulnerabilities not just limited to OWASP Top 10

-
Knowledge of how applications get built which may help in multiple scenarios to break the very things

-
Good knowledge of web frameworks, their vulnerabilities, and that you keep up to date with the latest web technologies
