Fujitsu provides a broad portfolio of intelligent security offerings to enable organizations to prepare for and respond to different kinds of security issues. As Security Manager you will be responsible for managing ICT Security Services and ensure that services and customer environment are compliant of the security policies and deployed according to the architectural requirements. Tasks include overall direction, coordination, implementation, control, reporting and ensuring both a continuous improvement effort and a delivery according to contracts.

Main responsibilities include:

Manage security services for Fujitsu customers
Manage vendor relationships, service levels and delivery to agreed contract framework
Drive continuous improvements to optimize service capability and availability
Deliver within agreed budget guidelines
Maintain process- and end user-instructions
Analyze IT security threats and develop/evaluate improvement plans to keep network and endpoints secured
Work as a trusted advisor for the customers and be their SPOC for security issues
You will work as a trusted advisor in Cyber Security issues for the customers and is therefore essential to be able to communicate at CxO level.

Who are you?

You are structured and systematic with the ability to work self-managed. We are looking for a driven and committed leader with experience of delivering action, progress and change.

Relevant higher education or equivalent through qualified experience
Extensive knowledge and experience within different security domains
5-7 years in Information Security with some leadership experience
Experience with managed/outsourced security and infrastructure services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
Interpersonal and collaborative skills, and ability to communicate security concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences
Able to pass a number of mandatory security clearances in the recruitment process
CISSP / CISM / CISSO or other industry recognized security certification
ITIL certification
Knowledge and experience of ISO 270xx
Experience with contract and vendor negotiations
Previous experience being part of a security operations team in a global environment
Experience with cloud applications and associated security risks
Preferred experience of working within banking industry is considered an advantage
