Security Manager to ÅF:s Infrastructure division

About the job
The group security team at ÅF is growing and therefore in need of an experienced Divisional Security Manager to take care of ÅF:s Infrastructure division.
In this role you will be part of the Group Security team, leading and managing security within the division that focuses on infrastructure solutions within urban development and sustainable buildings. This role is also responsible for projects that are regulated under the “Swedish Security Act” , as their Säkerhetsskyddschef.
The purpose of this role is to perform security assessments and evaluate risks for ÅF Infrastructure to support business areas and deliver best practice and maintain top class security at all times. You will be a trusted advisor and a “point of contact” regarding security issues affecting the business operations, both locally and globally.
In this role you will be situated at our headquarters in Solna and report to Head of Division. You will also be part of the Group Security team which includes having close contact with Head of Group Security, Information Security Manager and other group functions within ÅF.

Who are you?
To be a good fit for this role we believe that you have the following profile:

At least 3-5 years of working experience from risk management and information security
Extensive knowledge and experience within different security domains
Relevant higher education
Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
Swedish citizenship is required since this is a security-classified position

It is good if you have certifications in CPP, PSP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CISSO or/and knowledge and experience of best practice standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001/xx, ISO 31000 and/or COSO, as well as previous experience from being part of a security operations team in a global environment.
