Do you have a strong interest of the Life Science industry, in particular Chromatography Downstream processing? Then you may be the person we are looking for to lead Cytiva’s Security of Supply program for Resins and Technologies. The position is part of the Cytiva’s Bioprocess Security of Supply (SoS) team.
What you’ll do
Develop and manage Cytiva Security of Supply program for the Resins and Technology portfolio with regards to strategy, content and message to ensure the program is relevant and differentiates Cytiva from competitors. This should be executed in a manner that supports the overall SoS message and in compliance with the company’s policies and quality systems.
Customer focus: Understand customer needs in detail within your area of responsibility and utilize this knowledge to further improve the program. Represents the business internally and at customers, conferences and trade shows. Supports the commercial teams in customer interactions and always works to create a positive customer experience.
SoS strategy: Develops a clear and comprehensive five-year business strategy that is based on and considers current and future market trends and the competitive landscape. Further, defines the organization and the actions and priorities needed to achieve desired goals as well as outlines the investments required for successful strategy deployment, Communicates the strategy with and to stakeholder functions so that there is unity and alignment on prioritized activities and investments.
Culture: Drive SoS across the organization, coordinate activities and align priorities with all stakeholders; drive engagement and build SoS culture.
Communication: Provide regular SoS updates to regions and customers, set path together with strategic and GSAM accounts to get SoS a prioritized topic on customer’s agenda and ensure they enter the BCP/SoS review program.
Risk management: Manage SoS risk program reviews with Senior Leaders and other stakeholders – report progress and issues.
Lead in a cross-functional environment, with many different stakeholders with varying incentives. Work towards an efficient operational structure.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Biotechnology or other Life Science related field. Masters or Ph.D degree in above fields are a merit.
5+ years working experience in a Life Science based business with roles in product marketing, supply chain, sourcing, commercial or related. Documented experience of leading teams preferred.
Experience from direct interaction with customers, preferably within pharma or biotech. Strong ability to understand customer needs and how the company can help meet these.
Experience in working in a matrix organization and proven track record of achieving results with cross functional teams.
Proven ability to work in a global environment, ability to travel globally.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in English, verbal and written. Fluency in Swedish is considered a merit.
