One important step towards becoming a data driven company is secure solutions. Right now we are looking for an IT Security Officer to strengthen our ability to protect Scania’s information and to enable Data Management in a secure way.

Your Assignment

You will join one of our five groups working with Data and Analytics in different shapes and forms, but your responsibilities and work area will cover all five groups.

Your role is intended to help us to efficiently and less wasteful adhere to the ISec rules and regulations set within Scania and you will be the point of contact to the central Information Security organization

Since the ambition is high and the timelines are short this will put high demands on you and our teams to work close with central ISec units and the ongoing projects. It is crucial to understand the ambitions and align expectations so we correctly and efficiently do the right risk/benefit trade off’s in the decision making.

The coming year will there be high focus on a cloud journey but it is also important to secure that we will have the right focus on the present On Premise operations.

 

Your profile

We are looking for you who have experience working with Information security, IT security or IT auditing within a larger organization. You understand the importance to achieve the balance between the business needs and possible risks. You have a thorough understanding of complex IT systems and stay up to date with security standards, systems, and authentication protocols, as well as best practices.

Collaborating with team members comes naturally to you and you always have a focus delivering results.

We are in a Cloud journey so Cloud experience is meritorious, just as a developers’ background is !

A successful candidate is a humble, engaged and collaboration-oriented, focusing on common goals, and can interact cross-section. Your mindset is open to learning new things and you like solving problems and seeing the logic in complex environments.
