About you
We are looking for a positive team player who is passionate about Information Security and Data Privacy. You will have demonstrable experience in infrastructure and cloud security (e.g. Azure Security Engineer or equivalent obtained, and relevant work experience) along with experience in web application technologies and secure operations.
We believe that you have a strong interest for people's life at home with a dynamic personality who adapts well in a multicultural environment. You get energy from working with an agile mindset and a desire to dare to do things differently. You will be passionate and driven to develop the business and yourself along with collaborating/building fantastic relationships with stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to apply industry leading practices regarding information security and data privacy into the development of our product offering, which include web applications, mobile apps, integration platforms, and solutions based on Microsoft products such as MS Dynamics 365 and Azure.

We are moving into a new chapter with an ambition to provide IKEA retailers with a set of digital products and services that are integrated into IKEA value chain and supporting the omnichannel IKEA Concept. We call this the Retail Package and it covers key capabilities for retail operations.

About the role
As a Security & Privacy Engineer, you will lead and work closely together with peers across the totality of Core Business Franchise and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer. You will also lead security agenda end-to-end within product development based on Inter IKEA’s security and privacy policies and guidelines, and specific security and privacy controls of the respective product development area.
You will work in close collaboration with architects, developers, and suppliers to act as a sounding board, give input, review designs and guide development towards secure outcomes. In addition, supporting teams with threat modelling and attack surface analysis and the implementation of security operations procedures.
Moreover, you will lead planning, scoping, and coordination of vulnerability scans and third-party security and compliance assessments (e.g., penetration tests and configuration reviews).

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) located in Malmö, Sweden. You will report to the Architecture Manager in ROSS.
