We are now looking for a Segment Account Manager to join our Formed Fiber team. You will be responsible for building business with formed fiber packages to the segment industrial packed fresh food and to maximize the value and generate profitable growth for the business unit. You will develop the sales pipeline, identify business opportunities and establish plans to secure execution of the account strategy. As a Segment Account Manager, you are responsible to sell existing products, as well as new development of products within the segment. Your tasks also include to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and make sure requested products and services, are delivered on time in full. You will cooperate closely with the technical sales, and product management marketing functions in the unit.
The position is based in Sweden and we apply an hybrid working model. You will be working in the business unit Formed Fiber which is a part of Packaging Solutions division. You will report to the Vice President Sales & Commercialization for Formed Fiber.
Formed fiber packages, are based on wood fibers, can be formed to most 3D shapes and with many of the same mechanical and functional properties as plastics, and so provides a novel and powerful vehicle for displacing plastics in packaging. We now see increased interest in formed fiber type of products in a large number of applications where the market potential is counted in billions of units. The goal of the Formed Fiber team is to capitalize on this opportunity by quickly scaling up production capacity, research new technologies and commercialize new packaging applications to become a leader in this market. Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person, who is business-minded and has a proactive attitude. You have solid experience in account management and your proficiency is based on a degree in engineering, business, or another relevant area. Technical understanding and experience from packaging industry is an asset. You are a great communicator with excellent negotiation skills and can create confidence-inspiring business relationships. A requirement in this role is to communicate fluently in English and Swedish is an advantage.
