WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Business Solutions Marketing is a team within Axis’ Corporate Marketing department. Corporate Marketing is responsible for the global marketing strategy and planning, in accordance with the company’s overall goals and strategy. Business Solutions Marketing in turn is responsible for marketing of Axis’ various solutions to the right target groups, with the right channels, and ensuring we have the right marketing systems in place.
Our approach to the market is structured to address Small, Medium and Enterprise business type customers. Enterprise Business Marketing, the largest team within Business Solutions Marketing, is a growing organization which focuses on communicating the value of Axis enterprise solutions including our products and our partner network to enterprise customers. Enterprise Business Marketing works closely with our Global Sales organization and our Solutions Management team to identify the best products & solutions, the best go-to-market model and the most important customer target groups to address.
A key strategy of the Enterprise Business Marketing team is to segment and communicate to the market according to the demands of different vertical industries. As the market matures and Axis focuses on getting closer to the end customer, this becomes increasingly important. We are now looking for a Segment Marketing Manager within Enterprise Business Marketing who will have a vertical industry focus.
Responsibilities include:
Building customer knowledge and defining Axis’ proposition and go-to-market approach for your industry segments, together with your peers in Solution Management and Business Development. Based on the overall segment strategy, creating a marketing strategy and activity plan for your segment in close collaboration with our global and regional sales & marketing teams. Developing marketing collateral and campaigns, leveraging Axis’ internal and external marketing communications resources. Supporting central and local marketing communications teams in executing activities, e.g. events, webinars and roadshows, with knowledge and collateral. Continuously measuring and analyzing the success of our initiatives, to ensure we constantly learn and improve how we market our solutions.
The job involves traveling, approximately 15 days a year.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You need to have strong leadership- and interpersonal skills. You are well-organized and capable of managing projects and delivering results, also under time pressure. You have both an education in marketing, and more importantly, a passion for marketing. Your English is fluent, especially in writing, and your competence in Microsoft Office is good.
You have experience from:
Developing marketing strategies, segmentation and target group analyses Marketing of complex products, solutions or services to demanding customers Working in an international environment
Previous experience from the security and safety industry, or at companies with an indirect sales model, is also desirable.
Business Solutions Marketing
Business Solutions Marketing is responsible for marketing of Axis various solutions to the right target groups, with the right channels, and ensuring we have the right marketing systems in place. Business Solutions Marketing works closely with our Global and Regional sales and marketing organizations to ensure successful sales of our solutions through the right channels to the right customers, as well as developing our marketing systems to support corporate and regional sales and marketing.
We now need to increase our ability to promote the right solution and the right go-to-market strategy to reach customers in prioritized vertical industries and that’s why we need you!
