Right now we are looking for a new section manager who will focus on Electrical / Electronics & Embedded Systems for our office in Gothenburg.
As Section Manager, you will be part of our business unit Automotive Design & Engineering, where you are part of a management team of 6 people. Together, we work with customers and consultants to develop our business in Automotive.
In the role of section manager, you have overall responsibility for the section's activities, including growth, profitability, marketing and personnel. You will build a strong delivery capacity by recruiting the best EE & Embedded consultants but also by collaborating with partners. To your team you will recruit, among other things, software developers, hardware experts, function owners, systems engineers, project managers and competence in requirements and testing from an Automotive EE & Embedded perspective.
In your role, a major focus will be on taking care of existing customer relationships, creating new business opportunities and developing new contacts by offering and marketing the section's expertise to the industry. In the beginning, you will focus on building networks internally and with the customer and work with sales, recruitment and development of staff. Within the business unit Product & Software Engineering focus area Automotive R&D, we develop and work with technical solutions for vehicles, systems and functions for our customers in the Automotive industry. Our customers are both established OEMs, startup companies and system suppliers. You will be responsible for building a team that develops the Electro Mobility, Connectivity and Autonomous driver systems of the future.

We are looking for you as:
· Has a college / master's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, IT / Data or Technical Physics.
· Has experience in the automotive industry and has himself worked with the development of electronics and / or embedded systems.
· Has leadership experience (for example been a team leader, coach or project leader)
· Expresses yourself freely in English and Swedish, both orally and in writing as the role involves many contacts both internally and externally.
· Has a B driving license.
Merit:
Previous experience in the consulting industry.
Previous experience in consulting sales.
· Worked with Agile development methods.
Previous experience from IT / telecom & IoT.
