We are now looking for a committed leader for our Landscape and Plan section
AFRY is a significant player in design and technical solutions for properties and infrastructure. In our community building assignments, we work to create sustainable environments where people should live, work and thrive. Sometimes it is smaller individual projects, sometimes long-term, innovative overall solutions. But the basis is always the same. Curious questioning of the traditional combined with advanced knowledge and long experience. Always with great commitment and the customer's needs in focus.
In landscape architecture, we work with planning, design and planning of external environments and green areas. We work with various projects in infrastructure in both early and later stages, schools, housing and parks, from feasibility studies and planning to final design
As a section manager with us, you get a role with great variety, the opportunity for many contacts and customer meetings with responsibility for achieving successful and sustainable business. You are responsible for the entire section's operations, including strategies, profitability, marketing, quality, personnel and competence development. You combine your managerial role with also working operationally on assignments yourself.
You report to the regional manager and are part of the region's management team. The region consists of about 90 employees and covers Skåne and Blekinge as well as parts of Småland and Halland.


Requirements specification


You are a trained landscape architect and we are happy to see that you have broad experience and have developed your own network of contacts in the industry.
The real success factors for the role are your personal qualities. For this role, you need to enjoy building relationships. You have probably in previous roles shown evidence of good leadership by engaging and motivating. Of course, you see collaboration as a prerequisite for achieving good results and are happy to share your knowledge with you.
As we are an international company, good knowledge of Swedish and English is needed, both orally as well as in writing.
