To succeed in this role, you have extensive, senior leadership experience, proven track record of strategic business planning and are well familiar with leading business transformations in a global, complex environment. For a minimum of 10 years you have been working with Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Care, Store management, Customer Support or Business Management.
You have achieved extensive knowledge of creating and leading Growth plans in an omnichannel reality.
For this role, we would love to see candidates with additional experience from driving digitalization (e-commerce integration) and digital transformation projects
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As member of the Market Support Management team, you will be responsible for the creation of an omnichannel growth plan for defined four Core areas, and steer and promote the development of insight driven, responsive and integrated omni-channel customer experiences across all digital and physical touch points.
Secure that commercial and other relevant components are captured in the IKEA BPL and translate the INGKA strategy into actionable selling activities & experiences improvements for INGKA markets
To succeed with this, you will organize for efficiency and effectiveness with your Selling Centre of Expertise team, consisting of selling experts with business insights and range knowledge supporting countries with sales competence, e.g. pricing, sales planning and conversion.
You will lead for performance, coach and develop a competent, high performing and learning Selling team as well as have Matrix responsibilities across all Ingka Markets and work actively with developing and securing succession for the future.
Together with your team you will Support markets with strategic guidance, ways of working, tools and relevant processes, enabling them to drive sales across all channels through steering, sales optimization, pricing & services and unleash customer Omni channel experience excellence.
Work in close partnership with Range and Supply to act with speed on deviations vs. plan and find and exploit opportunities given available supply chain capacity
In close collaboration with Digital you will secure an end-to-end approach towards our ecommerce operations and that optimization activities are in place to improve online conversion throughout the sales funnel by improving findability of the online offering.
Secure that selling business expertise is captured in digital product and solution development (for sales, marketing and CX related topics).
