Our customer, a well-known international software company is looking for a SEM Coordinator to work in their office located in Akalla.




Tasks & team:


Agency / advertiser portfolio and account planning. Utilizing data analytics and insights and collaborating with assigned account team, the Account Coordinator will help develop and action on strategic account and portfolio plans for top tier advertisers. Responsible for ensuring the appropriate level of service is delivered to capitalize on opportunities within the book of business.


Model exceptional account coordination that delivers sales and service excellence. Bring competitive and industry insights and media experience to flawlessly execute data-driven optimizations. Partner with account team to exceed customer expectations via responsiveness, providing insights, feature updates, marketplace knowledge, resolving technical issues and expertise in Ads.

Develop collaborative relationship with account team. Support the account team in their drive for growth and development of mutually beneficial working relationships with account team and key partners. Utilize relationships to provide seamless account management, a united front to customers and ultimately enable the ability to quickly respond to customer requests or escalations. Develop short- and long-term solutions and discuss/act upon optimization opportunities

Continually develop industry knowledge and grow professionally. Develop and maintain an expert level understanding of the search industry and trends affecting or influencing the marketplace and provide insights to the advertiser/agency. Maintain functional knowledge of new features, products and initiatives across the Ads platform and customer ecosystem.

will support the advertisers together with the Strategic Search Account Coordinator and the Strategic Search Account Director by building and implementation of accounts, through customer support and data-driven solutions.




Skills and requirements:

- Demonstrated passion for search and technology and its use in driving customer satisfaction

- Proven ability to multitask & work under pressure and build ongoing relationships

- Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines

- Infectious sense of enthusiasm, fun, and imagination associated with a group committed to developing the best search sales experiences in the world

- Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree (MA, MBA, PhD) preferred

- 1+ years working in a sales or customer service organization

- 1+ years search advertising experience

- 1+ years of experience working with other relevant Online advertising toolsets

- High competence level with Excel, knowledge of Outlook, Power Point

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business proficiency English

Start date:Asap in February


Duration: until 30th June with extension possibility
