We are now looking for a new digital superhero to join our Global Performance Marketing team! As SEM & Display Manager at Matsmart/Motatos you are responsible for managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns mainly in SEM and Programmatic/Display. Setting up strategies for performance marketing ensuring continued growth and return on investment. This role is hands-on but also managing the strategy and best-practice in this area. You will be a part of a fast growing and energised organisation with supportive colleagues. This is a new role and you will have the possibility to impact the role and the work tasks. This position is part of the Matsmart/Motatos Performance Marketing team within the Global Commercial Organisation. This role reports to the Head of Digital Marketing.
What you’ll do
- Plan, manage and optimize SEM & Programmatic/Display campaigns to ensure ROAS
- Analyze and follow-up on results and develop short and long term strategies
- Keep track of budgets and KPI’s
- Reporting and setting up dashboards
- Work closely with analytics team to leverage acquisition and retention based on insights from data
- Work closely with Design team and order creative assets
- Be point of contact for agencies and partners
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in performance marketing to develop the channel mix
- Support local country teams
Our humble expectations - we see that you have experience in the following areas
- 2+ years of experience of day-to-day management of SEM & Programmatic/Display either from an agency or in-house; preferably covering more than one country
- You are a digital native with your core expertise in SEM
- Hands-on experience from working with Google Ads, Google shopping and display/programmatic buying platforms
- Demonstrated knowledge of maximizing ROAS
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work towards goals and sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience in presenting data in a visual reporting tool
- Interest/experience in automation and new technologies within MarTech
- Experience from working with E-commerce inhouse or with E-commerce clients
- Good understanding of product feed management and experience from working with feed management tools like Datafeedwatch and Google shopping
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and other European languages is a plus
