Right now we are looking for an experienced SEM & Partnership Manager with a proven track record of success to join our performance marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for planning and managing the company’s overall presence on Google, YouTube and other search engines globally. You will be handling ad accounts yourself and also be the main point of contact for agency partners.
You will also be responsible for growing sales via online partnerships globally by identifying and establishing relationships with relevant partners/affiliates, e.g. within loyalty, telecom and fashion, and ensure they deliver on our ongoing campaigns.
This is an important role in driving our business’ growth and success online. You will be based in Stockholm and report to our Head of Performance Marketing. Your responsibilities:
• Responsible for reaching revenue and profitability goals.
• Provide insight and analysis on KPIs and performance.
• Responsible for the execution of paid marketing within search and YouTube to maximize ROI, drive traffic and sales.
• Work closely with our SEM agency and also find new partners to support with digital marketing in key markets.
• Identify new performance-based distribution opportunities.
• Establish, develop and manage relationships with affiliate partners globally.
• Plan, prepare and execute campaigns in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on latest technologies, digital marketing trends and best practices within SEM and affiliate marketing
Requirements & qualifications:
• Upper-level education in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
• 3+ years’ experience from a similar role as Search Marketing Manager, either at agency side or for a larger e-commerce company.
• Proven success in driving ROI through SEM and affiliate marketing
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
• Additional experience in SEO is an advantage
• Fluent in English
• Strong negotiation skills
• Structured approach to working and prioritization of tasks
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Have a strong passion for digital marketing
