BrightBid is a Swedish AdTech company founded in 2020. The company, which is considered a scale up, has over 55 employees globally. We currently have four offices in the following places: Stockholm Sweden, Oslo Norway, London England and Manila Philippines. Together we create magic for our customers by combining Digital Marketing with AI. By doing so, we have been able to increase our clients’ visibility online with amazing results.
BrightBid is growing tremendously, with a growth target of 300% per year for the next 3 years. In order to achieve that, we are always looking for eager, passionate and driven colleagues. Therefore we are now looking for someone strategic, analytical and result-driven to join us on this amazing journey that we have ahead of us. As a SEM specialist at BrightBid, you will be a part of a talented team that knows the ins and outs of digital marketing. You will be working in channels such as Google- Ads, Analytics and Data Studio. In this role, you will play a key role in the strategic development of our SEM acquisition efforts in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
You will report directly to the Co-founder and Head of Customer Success and be involved in setting goals, budget and KPI’s for all markets and track performance accordingly. The role requires a candidate with a strong track record in Search Engine Marketing and working with bid management tools.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing optimisation of existing Search / Display / Google campaigns, development of new ones as well as continuous performance monitoring with reporting and tracking tools.
- Steering SEM campaigns towards given performance targets.
- A/B and multivariable testing of ads, new ideas and regular evaluation of new features and betas.
- Setting goals for continuously improving our customers' accounts' health and performance on relevant KPIs.
- Close collaboration with our Digital Specialists. Using and incorporating feedback from our customers. Ensuring performance from all accounts and products.
- Keeping track of trends in online marketing and SEM in particular.
- Liaising with other online channels to deliver cross-functional projects.
Requirements:
- Ideally a degree within Digital Marketing
- Highly motivated and genuinely interested in online marketing.
- At least 5 years of work experience of managing Search / Display / Google ads campaigns with a strong track record.
- Experience from Google Ads, Analytics, Datastudio & bid management tools.
- Advanced Excel skills (or corresponding). You are familiar with pivot tables, vlookup and comparable functions. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience working with relevant metrics (CPA/CAC, LTV, PBT) and KPI’s.
- You are a team player. As a member of an international team you are able to keep up regular, close and active exchanges with your international colleagues.
- You are fast processing, reliable, proactive and highly motivated. You work in a structured and detail-oriented way.
- Fluent in English
- You are interested in the latest web trends and technologies.
Extra plus for:
- Experience within an Adtech/ SaaS company
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience working in international environments.
- One or more of the following languages; Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, French, Dutch, Italian, German, Spanish or any other European language.
