On behalf of a Swedish E-commerce Business, we are now seeking a talented SEM Specialist to join their
Performance marketing team.
About the position
To thrive in this role, we believe that you have an interest in Google Analytics and online marketing. This is a
role where you will get great responsibility and the mission to increase traffic and drive conversion from
organic and paid search traffic. Main responsibilities will include analysis and optimization of search engine
marketing, which will involve systematic work with keyword analyses, content, ranking, and links.
Key responsibilities:
? In line with the company goals, set a strategy and action plan for how we should work with Search
Engine Marketing and with our different PPC accounts.
? Responsible for the operational work within our platforms, such as Google ads, Microsoft Ads, and
DV360.
? Responsible for analyzing reports and metrics to understand the result and outcome. Thereafter you
will plan and set up new campaigns and continuously optimize existing marketing campaigns (Search,
PMax, Display, YouTube).
? Responsible for the conducting of A/B testing to identify best practices.
? Work cross-functional with marketing, creative, and development departments to align optimization
efforts with overarching business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
? Responsible for keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords and develop
effective ad copy.
? Coordinating implementation of learnings, know-how, optimization techniques, tactics, and
technologies in all campaigns.
Your profile
? Education in Digital Marketing or similar.
? A minimum of 3 years of working experience running advertising campaigns across paid Search and
Display, including extensive experience in PPC campaign management, analysis, and reporting.
? Strong understanding of PPC markets, platforms, search engines, and technologies.
? Practical knowledge of systems and processes necessary to create and optimize PPC campaigns.
? Experience in planning and delivering large budgets from long to short term.
? Practical experience in day-to-day PPC management, bidding tactics, keyword research, landing page
optimization, etc. managing multiple campaigns for multiple products in multiple territories and
languages.
? Practical knowledge of tracking systems and technologies, applying best practices to ensure consistent
and accurate reporting.
? Practical knowledge of conversion funnels, including optimization of landing pages, ads, and messages
to streamline the user flow ensuring the highest possible conversion rate.
? Analysis & reporting experience in data analysis and reporting a good working knowledge of analytics
tools (Google Analytics, Qlicksence, etc.)
