Countless clients around the world, from broadcasters, production companies, DSPs, and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of millions of online videos daily, across millions of playlist streams, and in thousands of in-store locations. Headquartered in Stockholm, we’re spread across offices in New York City, Los Angeles, Seoul, Hamburg, Amsterdam, and Sydney. We’re growing fast, have lots of fun, and are taking the music industry with us.

We are now looking for an SEM Specialist to join our team and have a great impact on how we scale the business.

How you will make an impact

As an SEM Specialist, you will focus on expanding SEM globally through our channels which are Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and more. You will work together with the rest of the Performance Marketing team, share, and gain insights to improve your own and the teams’ workstreams. You will also get the chance to collaborate with various teams and departments such as the Analytics department, SEO department, and Product teams in order to accomplish the goals. You will provide the team and the marketing department as a whole with valuable insights on our journey to soundtrack the world.

More specifically, you will:

- Optimize and scale campaigns globally in our SEM platforms to meet existing goals
- Create new SEM campaigns on various search platforms with Google Ads as the core one
- Collaborate with the team to develop processes from different channels within Performance (including SEM, Paid Social, and Display)
- Monitor and analyze data related to the SEM initiatives
- Handle ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making and growth initiative



Who you are

To thrive in this role, we believe you have a growth mindset and a huge interest in data and analytics. You live and breathe digital marketing. Perhaps you have a marketing or analytics degree, or you’ve learned by doing - but the most important thing is that you’re a data-driven do:er.

SEM is what motivates you the most, and you are eager to learn more within the area of performance marketing. You are able to learn on your own and take great responsibility in doing so, while at the same time you are a true team player with a collaborative mindset. Your ambition is to evolve not only yourself but your team and other stakeholders as well.

It would be music to our ears if you have:

- Education within digital marketing, analytics, or similar
- 1-5 years of working experience in a similar role
- Passion for digital marketing, marketing technologies, learning and analytics
- Experience within SEM
- Experience within monitoring and ad hoc analysis
- Knowledge within Google Analytics and/or SQL
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, additional language skills are a plus
