Senior 3D Artist / CG Producer

We want to expand our team in Gothenburg with a Senior 3D Artist/CG Producer
Brickland is a creative studio operating from Gothenburg. The studio was founded in 2014 and since the start we’ve developed a production unit that delivers high-end visuals for clients around the globe.
We work with fashion, sports, automotive, tech and interior. This mix is something we appreciate as it allows us to be creative and to take part in different environments almost every day.
We enjoy the process as much as the finish, and we believe that the whole event should be rewarding for everybody involved. In simple terms, we love to create together with our fellow artists.
We have a key role to fill, as we are now on the lookout to find the right candidate.
You may be a creative 3D artist looking to move into a producer role, or you may be a CG producer that doesn't want to leave the 3D tools behind (Your future title with us will probably be Senior 3D Artist or CG Producer, depending on your choosing and experience). Either way, we are looking for someone who loves computer graphics. Forming and maintaining relationships with clients is something you put in high regards along with terrific ongoing communication.
You will be working on a broad range of productions and explore abstract designs and photo realistic images and animations. Visual skills is a must have as you will work on the top of our creative chain. The role is currently located in Gothenburg but remote work can be discussed.


Key roles and responsibilities:
Oversee and execute your own projects
Implement and come up with ideas together with the team whilst keeping your head cool and deliver on time.
Creatively leading your own productions, multiple briefs and clients whilst maintaining strict attention to detail.
Make sure the production runs as planned, foresee issues and solve these together with the project managers.



Preferable experience and skills:
3 + years in the industry, preferably from studio work
An understanding of 3d production pipelines
Familiar with creating storyboards and Pre-visualizations.
Hands on 3d skills (We work with C4D and Houdini)
Animation skills
Compositing and post production skills (After Effects / Premiere / Resolve / Nuke / Photoshop etc)



Flexible, Dynamic, helpful and motivated in your approach to work
Organized, meticulous and able to compartmentalize work for multiple clients
Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver information successfully to technical and non-technical audiences.
English and Swedish communication skills
Able to present ideas and concepts to clients beautifully and create clear art direction with references to our team
Able to diagnose limitations of the projects and help plan alternatives
A strong desire for continuous learning
Be able to multitask and prioritize
