Location: European Headquarters – Stockholm/Sweden

Role: The focus will be on planning and driving our business development approach to retain and grow our business at existing clients in line with our Global business strategy across Nordic customers, in both the private and public sectors, in close liaison with Client Services teams and management. Generating new business leads, managing the sales process through full closure of the deals/wins, and working closely with our implementation, Client Services team-leads, and senior Nordic management to build best practice services from our integrated workforce management platform aimed for our customers. Keeping up to speed with the ever-evolving workforce management solutions arena, reviewing trends and best practice developments, whilst actively influencing the development of our services portfolio in line with market expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Business Development plan for existing client base with the VP Business Development Director.
Discover new opportunities with a consultative and ideas led approach and lead the sales process in close liaison with the Clients Services team to retain our clients and close expansion opportunities.
Develop new innovative solutions for existing clients to meet their workforce management challenges and develop sales engagement and identify leads at existing clients in the Nordics and nurture them into new opportunities to win.
Be proactive and follow up on leads, arrange meetings/demos.
Build and present compelling business proposals.
Using Salesforce providing regular sales updates/weekly/monthly (as required).


Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years progressively responsible, related business experience or equivalent combination of education/training and experience and demonstrated success in business development and/or procurement.
Preferably +3-5 years of sales and or business development process.
Excellent problem resolution and strong consultative sales skills with excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Preferably a strong understanding of external workforce (consultancy) and/or recruitment industry. Alternatively, in MSP/VMS solutions and/or other workforce management related solutions, and/or outsourcing solutions combined with a demonstrated knowledge/capabilities in the areas of solution design and business development.
Maintain a strong customer, entrepreneurial and result-focus and the ability to think strategically, synthesize business data and develop innovative solutions.
Understanding Company products and services, competitors’ offerings, and the key differentiators.
Excellent verbal, written, sales and executive presentation skills.
Proactive and optimistic attitude and ability to work successfully in a loosely-structured, fast-paced and rapidly-changing business environment.
Senior approach and the ability to establish strong interpersonal business relationships fostering confidence and trust.
Will require some travel.


Languages: Fluent: Swedish (Business Level, Written & Spoken) English: Fluency. Danish or Finnish is a plus.
