Semantix has been the leading language service provider in the Nordic region for many years. We are now a member of TransPerfect Global Group, a family of companies that together form the world’s largest LSP. We have already made much progress in our journey to meet the new and increasingly complex needs of the market and are now looking for a curiours and fearless sales and tendering professional to strengthen our Strategic Client Solutions team in Sweden.
About the position
The main purpose of the role is to generate new business opportunities to reach the sales targets, via developing existing key strategic accounts and actively acquiring new clients. You are responsible for building our customer relationships, writing proposals, and responding to requests. You actively discuss with the current and prospective clients about the translation process, rates, quality measures and customer requirements. Maintaining customer data, forecasting and resporting is an essential part of the role. Your role is to operate as the key contact towards the key customers, build long-term professional relationships and find solutions together with the customer and our specialists. You are the expert in understanding the clients, local business environment, our solutions, and language technology. Essential part of the role is the internal co-operation with our internal teams, e.g. production, finance and vendor management.

About you
We are looking for a candidate who can see language as a strategic asset. You have relevant academic education and previous work experience at a language service provider. Our corporate language is English, and in addition to that, excellent written and spoken Swedish skills are required. Understanding of the public tender processes is an important asset, and terms like GDPR, DPA and NDA are no strangers to you. You are also comfortable with lead generation, cold calls, negotiation processes and closing deals. We wish you to be a self-starting person with genuine hunger to sell and create new business.

You will be working from one of our offices in Sweden: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö or Uppsala. Hybrid work is possible.
