Your role as Senior Account Manager
In the role of Senior Account Manager, you will develop, manage and nurture relationships within an existing portfolio of clients in the Nordic markets. As a Senior Account Manager you will process these clients and find upsell opportunities cross-functionally with your clients and make the portfolio grow. In this role, you will lead sales processes and work with additional sales to keep a high satisfaction with your clients. You will work close to a team with 14 colleagues and make Notified grow in the Nordics market.
The role also includes:
Work and own the entire sales cycle and client portfolio
Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with existing customers
Identify and renewal cross-functional upsell opportunities
Research and actively identify emerging trends that influence Notified
Your qualifications
Around 5 years of work experience in an Account Manager role or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or, related field
Experience in managing account relationships, additional sales and closing deals
Bilingual in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
To succeed in this role, you are a result-driven person with exceptional communication skills. You are passionate about digital media and are resilient and can work under pressure. You have great teamwork skills and are not afraid to take new initiatives. You can easily adapt to new assignments and situations and are professional in your work.

Salary: Fixed monthly + commission
