Instabox is a tech startup that wants to change the logistics industry. We think it should be easy to shop online and offer our customers a fast and smooth shipping service - all in order to make everyday life easier. We want our customers to be able to shop from our e-commerce partners and pick up their products in any of our nation wide smart boxes - all in the same day. As the next step in our expansion we are now looking for a new team member who will be responsible for the growth of our client base,making sure our users have more products to choose from.Together we are creating a service that our users love!

Job Description

Instabox is now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Slussen, Stockholm. As our Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for the communication with our clients and be the face outwards, representing Instabox.

The Sales team at Instabox currently consists of 3 people and you will report directly to our CCO. As our Senior Account Manager you’re responsible for establishing and developing relationships with potential and existing e-commerce partners. Your main focus will be to strengthen the relationship with new partners and to expand our client base.

Instabox offers the best delivery solution on the market, and it’s your job to sell it. You’re an experienced salesperson and it’s no surprise to you that listening and understanding our clients’ needs is the key to closing a deal.

Further, as Instabox is a growing start up you will come to be responsible for different projects like developing the sales methods and other strategic projects. If it turns out that you are the right person for us and we’re the right workplace for you, there is also a big chance that you will be our next Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Set up your own strategic sales plan and execute.
- Manage key accounts in e-commerce and retail, selling both our delivery service and new solutions such as Instabox collect-in-store services for retail.
- Managing custom implementations for our e-commerce partners.

Who are we looking for?

- You have a University degree and minimum and 3-5years experience working with B2B sales.
- You’ve previously worked within retail and e-commerce. Big plus if you have an active network within e-commerce.
- It’s an advantage if you have been working in a entrepreneurial environment.
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, verbally and written.
- Driving license
