Responsibilities
- Participating in the local financial statement closing process of three manufacturing companies and assuring the adherence to the applied accounting principles (K3 framework).
- Responsible of the companies Vendor-process including final recording of invoices, master data management and payment process.
- Participate in the daily accounting work including customer invoicing and A/R ledger maintenance.
- Execute foreign exchange transactions with banks.
- Managing the monthly VAT and employer declaration process.
- Administrate the process of rental agreements data collection including monthly reporting.
- Administrating the company car leasing fleet and its related insurances.
- Participate in the Annual report preparation process.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, mainly related to the internal control over financial reporting as well as the efficiency of financial statement closing process.
Multi-year practical experience of current accounting and financial statements closing process according to the accounting principles of K3 framework, preferably with a background from an accounting- and / or audit firm.
- Bachelor´s degree in business administration or similar.
- Practical experience in handling the A/P- and A/R process.
- Practical experience in administrating and reporting the company´s taxes and fees, such as VAT and employer declarations.
- Experience in preparing annual reports according to K3 framework is an advantage.
- Accounting experience from manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Experience in preparing income tax returns for limited companies is an advantage.
- Practical experience of working with internal control linked to accounting is an advantage.
- Practical experience in reporting Group companies' monthly financial statements in consolidation systems is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing is a prerequisite as both languages occur in daily work.
