At the Accounting function within Finance, you are a part of a global team, with the purpose to ensure correct financial reporting and accounting based on our business events. You co-operate with colleagues in other business units and functions globally, with the purpose to drive value creation, provide accounting expertise and guidance and make change happen. 

Are you interested in joining us? We are now looking for a Senior Accountant to the Operations Accounting team to be responsible for R&D accounting (Government Grants and R&D engineering).  


What you’ll do
Located in Gothenburg, you will be part of the Operations Accounting Team of 13 people. You will mainly be responsible for the accounting and reporting activities for our Government Grants received from local authorities and the European Union. In this role you will work in close cooperation with the Operations, Business Finance as other expert functions within Finance.

The role includes daily accounting activities and preparing, evaluating, and reporting monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial figures. In the role you will have to recognize the importance of digitalization and be able to contribute in projects related to the same.


Do you fit the profile?
To be successful in this role, you should have a university degree in accounting and some years of practical accounting expertise. High level of integrity and a positive attitude, flexibility and great communication skills are also keys to be successful in this role.  Preferably, you have experience working in SAP R/3 and you also have good excel skills. You are fluent in English both verbally and written.
