Fujitsu Finance Team

Fujitsu work in a multinational environment, with large and well known customer brands in both the private and public sectors. Fujitsu Sweden finance team consists of 19 employees including controllers, accounting manager, contract billing administrators and CFO. The Accounting manager is part of the Swedish finance organisation and a member of the finance management team, reporting to the EMEIA accounting manager, and will have local Sweden CFO as hosting manager. The finance team has a balanced diversity mix of international backgrounds/male/female.

What you’ll do

Our local finance team supports and challenges the business line in order to develop business and increase our profitability. We are proactive, professional and transparent about the figures while working closely with the business. We constantly strive to be agile and adaptable to the changing environment and drive for excellence and efficient processes. As our Accounting Manager your main tasks are to ensure correctness of group/statutory accounting and monthly financial reporting. This means you work for compliance, correct accounting rules and take ownership to analyse and understand the balance sheet. You will be responsible for preparation of monthly and annual accounts, J-sox reporting, risk reviews together with controllers and business owners, preparation and coordination for internal and external audits, monitoring and supporting with taxation issues, and other ad-hoc questions to business owners and finance team. The main internal customers are the business line controllers and Billing manager, as well as all other business owners.

Who are you?

You are an analytical doer with documented experience of working with both high and low level tasks. You have a holistic view in your current accounting role and are able to prioritize and showcase direction and initiative. We also see that you have good IT business knowledge and a commercial mind-set. To succeed in this role we also see that you have the following qualifications:

Specialist university degree or equivalent education
Excellent knowledge of accounting rules, tax rules, IFRS, company law, J-sox
Previous 5-10 years of accounting experience, preferably from international global companies.
SAP and advanced Excel skills
Fluent in English, both written and oral
Experience with Hyperion (HFM) is considered an advantage
