Senior Accounting Manager

The Shared Service Center for Europe (SSC EMEA) is located in Timrå, with around 20 employees, this is where the accounting for Permobil´s European companies is performed. Currently Permobil has 20 legal entities spread out over 8 different countries.
SSC is expanding and is therefore looking for additional colleagues. Join our exiting journey in developing of our function!
Duties
At the department, we handle the accounts of our sales and production companies in Sweden and the rest of Europe. As a senior accounting manager you work broadly and are responsible for accounting and monthly reporting for some of the companies. To ensure high quality in the monthly accounts, the team communicates with the local organization and supports each other. You will report to Senior Manager SSC EMEA.
Examples of tasks:
·       Lead the monthend closing for 2-3 companies
·       Reporting to Group Finance
·       MFR reporting to management
·       Internal training
·       Inventory accounting
·       Process development and attend internal projects
Qualifications
As a senior accounting manager you need to have financial college education or experience from similar work. Solid knowledge in accounting and in MS excel is a requirement and you have no problem speaking and writing English on a daily basis.

As a person you are driven, flexible and social. You are a team player who see the benefit of working together and contributes to the good atmosphere at work. You need to be a problem solver and at times with high workload, you have the ability to prioritize what is most important. You have eyes for details and enjoy working towards deadlines.

You are employed at Rutinera and hired as a consultant at Permobil for 6 months. Possibility of extension of consulting assignment and/or a permanent employment at Permobil.
