Whats in it for you?
We are now looking for a Senior Accounting Manager for the Accounting Team that is responsible for Sales, Inventory and Warranty i.e. the complete process from purchasing to the aftermarket activities. We offer you the opportunity to lead a dedicated and skilled team, aiming to secure high-quality accounting and continuous improvements for the legal entity Volvo Car Corporation.

What you’ll do:
In the role as Senior Manager - Sales, inventory, and Warranty you will manage and lead a team of 16 colleagues. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings and reporting. In specific accounting issues and projects, you will guide and coach the team as well as being actively involved if necessary. Ensuring we have the methods, tools, and resources to achieve our goals will also be key in this role. 

You will be collaborating with people within our global organization, both within Finance and the operations itself, and will be part of the Northern and Central European Cluster Accounting Management Team.  

Your Skills:
We believe you have a university degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accounting or other relevant field, and you are fluent in English, both verbally and written. You have experience from leadership positions and have strong accounting skills in Swedish GAAP and IFRS. You are or have previously been working in a global environment and are therefore skilled in global communication and networking.

You walk-the-talk, act with confidence and have the flexibility to handle short-notice situations.
