We are now looking for a Senior Administrator for an assignment as Personal Assistant at AstraZeneca in Gothenburg. With the right profile and a lot of passion, this might be the start of a fruitful employment at Pema People.

We are looking for a personal assistant in Scientific Partnering and Alliances within Innovative Medicines

Major Responsibilities

• Arrange Travel, Expenses
• See across peoples calendars and help organize meetings
• Set up meetings and videoconferences
• Responsible for loading agreements in ECHO
• Ability to sense the workloads of people and determine when they might need additional support during periods of intensity. 
• Understand the nature of the work the group does, in that it´s not routine and at times people will be pressured, irritable and need the simple things just to "happen" with the PA´s support
• Learn and work with UK based systems and be able to operate these even though they sit in Sweden.
• Maintain regular contact with UK based colleagues.
• Independently and pro-actively resolve issues and challenges relating to administrative requests
• Deliver a broad range of professional administrative services

Minimum Requirements

• 5 or more years of administrative experience
• Relevant professional qualification in administrative skills
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency across a broad range of administrative processes and procedures
• Experience of working in a Pharmaceutical/Drug Development environment (preferred)

Essential Skills and Capabilities

• Be able to reach out to other PA´s in AZ to learn quickly what they need.
• Be a positive and pleasant person who can understand the overall "tone" of the group and individuals and help them with a service based mindset.
• High level knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Be able to gain knowledge of AZ systems very quickly – Sharepoint, BOX & ECHO
• Have a keen understanding of the importance of professional and diplomatic interpersonal skills
• Capable of proactively prioritizing and managing calendars
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent user of essential IS/IT administrative systems
• Understand that this is a temporary contract. 

The position will run for 12 months. AstraZeneca always aim for a long term commitment from our chosen candidate. There are good possibilities to extend the duration of the temporary contract, however this position will NOT transform into a full time position at AZ. The perfect candidates have a genuine interest in the admin skill and take pride in the tasks given to you.
