Description

The client is now looking for a Business Analyst for its programme. The programme is about defining and implementing the long term solution to enable the range in digital devices through omnichannel capabilities. The programme is contributing by enabling all legally required information and communication so the retailers can display and/or sell the food range in digital devices.

The programme operates in an exciting and dynamic environment where the Senior Business Analyst will provide strategic business analysis in collaboration with the BA and PIM team. The focus of this position is to gain in-depth understanding of strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the food omnichannel context. This role will be key to understanding and documenting the capabilities needed to address business challenges.

Work tasks:

- Workshops
- Requirements documentation
- Process documentation
- Development of presentation materials
- Stakeholder management
- Key player between the business and PIM team


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Senior Business Analyst 7-10 years
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Excellent business stakeholder management
- Knowledge of food or retail eco-systems, and skills to gather domain specific requirements from business and explain them to the vendor
- Experience from Food or retail industry in areas like PIM/PLM/DAM and other information management domains


Preferred competence and experience:

- Food Knowledge
- Basic knowledge in the PPS model
- Project management experience from hybrid waterfall and agile environments
- Experience of BABOK or similar frameworks
- Good to have experience in complex architecture landscape


Preferred personal qualities:

- Team worker
- Ability to take a pragmatic and decisive problem solving approach
- Ability to take responsibility and drive work forward
