We are searching for a Senior Aftersales IT System and Project Support that enjoys working in an international setting and is interested in a diverse variety of IT System-related issues. As Senior Aftersales IT System and Project Support, you will work on an operational level to assist our IT Project leaders in supporting everyday business related to Aftersales dealer IT systems and procedures within the purview of Market Community bonds.
You will be participating in a variety of projects in a fast-paced atmosphere with wonderful coworkers.

Competences:
IT System Aftersales and Project Support:
• A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field is required.
Capable of achieving high expectations
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Analytical and technological abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively in order to achieve deadlines.
• The capacity to operate well under duress.
• A flexible mentality with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on numerous tasks.
• Analytical abilities
• In addition to English, learn one Scandinavian language (fluent in both verbal and written form) • Office (Microsoft)
Competencies should be obtained throughout the first six months of the project:
• Applications for ISPI Next
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and apps
• Some understanding of the region's top five DMSs
The consultant's job is to:
In the area of Market Community bonds, support the daily operational business as well as Aftersales dealer IT systems and processes.
Learn about systems and apps in order to provide email and phone assistance to dealers.
• Monitor the e-mail box and answer or pass incoming e-mails to the right owner of the question (24 hour response time)
Look for a fault.
The dealer has changed.
• Monitor and maintain installations
Market verification to avoid difficulties at the dealers
• Assist with IT system deployment efforts (CaVORS, Compass and other new aftersales applications etc)
• Assist in the implementation of the new OAS and comparable initiatives across the area.
• Assist in the development of training materials for Customer Support processes and IT systems.
• Assist with the implementation of the new DMS across Norway and Denmark.
Process support Testing the functionality and integrations - both with the DMS supplier and independently.
• Maintain Teleservice in the TSSB for Teleservice backend.
• When necessary, creating IT support tickets in ITSM.
• If necessary, prepare presentations to assist management.
