Senior Agile Coach

Northab is looking for Agile Coach for our customer in Stockholm

The challenge lies in helping the client to simplify and improve their way of working and promote agility.

- Certified SAFe Program Consultant
- Experience of agile transformations / agile upscaling in at least 2 different organization
- Experience of working as an agile coach or similar role for at least 10 years
- Experience of training / disseminating knowledge in different ways
- Experience of agile system development methods
- Experience of how requirements work and management are affected by an agile transformation
- Experience in breaking down complex system solutions into epics and value-added mvp's
- Experience facilitating workshops
- Experience in driving change in working methods


Award Criteria

Experience in developing systems with insight throughout the chain (requirements, design, development and testing, preferably with specialist expertise in one or some of the areas)
