Senior Agile Coach

Northab is looking for Agile Coach for our customer in Stockholm

About the assignment:

You will work closely with the various developer teams (system architects, system developers and product owners). The consultant is expected to ensure that the agile work works in the various teams (5-6 teams).
This is done by taking overall responsibility for the agile work by coaching the Scrum Master or facilitating the agile work as a Scrum Master. Our teams today have slightly different conditions for working agile. The assignment involves lifting and inspiring the teams in the agile way of working.

Required

- Experience as an agile coach
- Experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience of starting or developing agile work in an organization
