We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Senior Agile Coach/Organizational Development Consultant with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Among your daily challenges will be:
To assist us in designing an efficient and inclusive expansion of our organisation that is fit for purpose.
Create a communication plan for our Engineering Org expansion with new teams.
To promote a continuous improvement culture and the processes that support it.
To assist senior leaders in identifying and prioritising the "right" things.
To assist us in making more conscious organisational decisions, we must make them explicit and communicate them.
To test structures, processes, and cultures that must change in order for us to succeed.
You make recommendations and lead change in terms of adapting, changing, or discarding processes.
To see the big picture and think in terms of systems.
To focus on the right spot, you'll need to be able to spot bottlenecks and see patterns in the organisation with your peers and other leaders.
To be able to "energise" the change process and keep it moving forward, you'll also need a structured approach as well as a lot of energy and drive.
To train senior management in agile practises in order to ensure that best practises and data-driven decision-making are implemented from the top down.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Experience with BAPO or other methodologies for designing organisational structures
Strong facilitation and communication skills have been demonstrated in the past.
Educating teams and other leaders about agile methodologies
A pragmatic approach to agile process is one that tailors the process to the needs of the organisation rather than applying a methodology rigidly.
Several years of experience in an international company introducing and coaching Agile working methods.
Even without a formal mandate, proven experience leading change
Individuals should have passion to coach.
A proponent of Systems Thinking
Experience with software development and technology companies
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to the audience.



Bonus requirements that will set you apart from the competition
Leading organisational design and change is a plus.

Your first mission as an Organizational Development Consultant/Senior Agile Coach will be to assist us in structuring and facilitating our process for designing our Engineering organization's expansion with new teams.


You'll work closely with the Engineering Managers and Product Managers on this.
