Senior Agile Coach with SAP experience /Stockholm

For our client in Stockholm, we are looking for a Senior Agile Coach with SAP experience.
If you have great communication, leadership and technical skills, worked with the agile transformation of SAP deliveries and want to lead the way in one of Europe’s largest agile transformations, this is the opportunity for you!
What you will do as a Senior Agile Coach
You teach, mentor and coach our leaders, teams and colleagues on our agile transformation journey. Our culture is shaped by strong respect and belief in everyone, and we need your help to drive our transformation forward, both in terms of doing and being agile with the goal of becoming a self-learning organization.
Furthermore, you will:
Support the SAP product teams to work more agile
Lead the way in becoming an agile Group
Make sure agile ways of working are understood, practiced, and adjusted to fit the purpose
Challenge existing structures and behaviors
Help to set up and facilitate agile ceremonies on different levels
Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Your mindset & skills
Being an Agile Coach is a multifaceted role and you will be the guardian of the agile mindset. To be successful we believe you have a great passion and knowledge of the lean/agile landscape and you possess great people skills, a curious mindset and a positive can-do attitude. You dare to take initiative, to stand-up and to be creative.

Furthermore, we believe you have:
Deep understanding of lean/agile principles and ways of working
High emotional intelligence with a fantastic ability to motivate others
5+ years of experience as an agile coach
Documented experience of coaching SAP teams
Develop a team’s way of working by experiments
Knowledge to guide the teams in becoming empowered product teams, outcome over output - covering areas such as Product Strategy, Product Discovery, Delivery and mindset
