We are looking for several business savvy agilists to take on the role as Senior Agile Coach to guide us through our cultural and organisational journey. If you have great communication, leadership and technical skills, and want to lead the way in one of Europe’s largest agile transformations, this is the opportunity for you!
The H&M group is on an exciting journey to meet and exceed our customers' expectations today, tomorrow and in the future. During 2020, we will continue our agile transformation to further advance our ability to continuously surprise and delight our customers and accelerate our business – by releasing the power of people, data and technology. With focus on the customer and our strong values, we explore new ways to innovate and develop products that make a meaningful and sustainable impact all over the world, and we want you to take a leading role in the transformation.
What you will do as a Senior Agile Coach
As a Senior Agile Coach, you strive to relentlessly strengthen our agile mindset with the customer in focus. You will work with empowered product teams on different maturity levels and servant leaders to grow a healthy, collaborative and continuously improving culture, while eliminating waste and building quality in. You will collaborate with other agile coaches and play an important role in coaching and mentoring people throughout the whole organisation in all aspects of agile practices and principles. Respect for and belief in people and the ability to optimize the whole is crucial to your success.
Furthermore, you will:
Teach and mentor future agile coaches
Promote self-organisation and team spirit; pushing for the right, not for the easy
Give constructive feedback and strive to shorten the feedback loops
Support and facilitate workshops and ceremonies on different levels
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and clarity
Your mindset & skills
Being a Senior Agile Coach is a multifaced role, and we want you to be a source of inspiration for the agile mindset. With passion and encouragement, you will make agile principles an integral part of the H&M culture. You possess great people skills, a large dose of curiosity and a positive can-do attitude to motivate your surroundings. Finding, implementing and pursuing radical new ideas and solutions, even in complex situations, really gets you going. You inspire and coach others to develop and continuously improve a transparent, trusting environment.
Furthermore, we believe you:
Dare to challenge the status quo
Are fluent in agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban
Have extensive experience of lean and agile software development processes and DevOps practices
Have at least five years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach or similar in a large scaled agile organisation with complex dependencies
Have played a central role in a major agile transformation
Do you think we are a match? We hope so!
