Job Description

What you will do as an Agile Project Manager
As a Project Manager you will be part of the External and New Sales Channel product area and will be responsible for managing complex cross-cutting initiatives, involving many parts of Business Tech and of the global business organisation within H&M Group, as well as the external marketplace partner. These initiatives typically require a wide range of activities from business development to tech implementation, including new product development as well as coordination of participating teams across the Group, of which many are distributed globally. The job often includes strategic analysis as well as technical and functional development. An additional focus area within the role is to support continuous refinement of the product coordination processes by using existing and new tools to achieve the expected outcome of cross cutting initiatives. Your tasks will consist of, but are not limited to:
Collaborating with business stakeholders to achieve complex changes that require synchronized backlogs and activities
Collaborating with several product teams within areas such as assortment, fulfilment, order management, accounting and BI and warehouse partner.
You will be the speaking partner towards the external partner around solution creation, development roadmap and backlogs.
Taking ownership for planning, issue handling and all kinds of project management activities, all adapted to the agile environment within Business Tech
Leading, managing and executing large cross-cutting projects, such as;
- New warehouse in existing H&M market with sales through external marketplace
- Expansion with new marketplace partners globally
What we are looking for
We believe you have several years of experience of leading people and teams, you are confident in giving feedback, providing inspiration and motivating others in their day-to-day work. You are well versed in agile methodologies and can identify interdependencies within a dynamic product landscape and complex organization. The work is executed with a focus on business results, value creation, growth, and serving customers with full ownership and accountability.
Furthermore, you are an excellent communicator, bringing together multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally to execute a common mission. You understand the need to ensure alignments of goals and plans to ensure the overall success of the projects at hand. You are eager to develop a thorough understanding of business processes and technical challenges, and you ensure learnings are documented and shared with others. Furthermore, you understand the bigger picture and work to improve the cooperation between the Business Tech organisation and other stakeholders at H&M Group, as well as building a successful long-term partnership with H&M external marketplace partners. We believe you:
Have previous experience in Agile Project Management and coordination
Have great people and leadership skills
Can set objectives and key Results (OKRs)
It is qualifying if you have experience from e-commerce and/or marketplaces and understand the processes and logic, i.e. order management, fulfilment, accounting processes etc.
