Job Description
You will be responsible for designing and building modern, adaptable, elastic, flexible AI/ML solutions that are easier to integrate into new and/or existing business processes. You will support in evaluating and recommending toolsets for development and operations, aligning the ML model scripts developed by data scientists with the overall deployment framework. You will define the model management processes for development and production, and orchestrate deployment using model repository.
You will regularly collaborate with data engineers and business-led data scientist to implement, verify and validate data quality findings. You will develop prototypes utilizing ML frameworks, such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, mlflow, or could services like Amazon SageMaker etc., that are easier to scale and establish a monitoring framework for continuous evaluation and improvements in model performance. 
In addition, you will also be required to define the testing methodologies to conduct model verification and validation such as A/B testing, sensitivity analysis or static analysis.


Experience
5+ Years of experience in ML/AI
2+ Years of experience in cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and DevOps skills
A seasoned software engineer with strong mindset of building scalable and high-quality software products.
Experience creating unit tests, integration tests, and automation tests for production applications.
Excellent programming skills in Python 3, not only being familiar with the language but also well-versed in best practices, code structures, idiomatic code and development workflow.
In-depth understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms.
Hands-on experience in different kinds of infrastructure development tasks, such as creating Jenkins pipelines, Docker containers and registries, operating Kubernetes clusters or administrating Azure services.
Experience in tech leadership and coaching.
Familiar with development process in agile teams, comfortable with design discussions, pair programming and code reviews.
