Senior Analyst

In our strategy of driving operational performance, the ambition is to become the undisputed industry leader for quality.As a Senior Quality Analyst in the Carton Economy product platform, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of a long-term data quality strategy including identification and analysis of core data to identify quality gaps.
You are passionate about performance excellence and have a strong ability to manage data leading to robust business decisions.

Some of your tasks will be to:
- Lead the consolidation, management and reporting of quality attributes measures and other quality performance data, in order to enable fact-based communication and decision making.
- Data extrapolation and interpretation, statistical analysis, forecasting and trending, and report production including the development of professional-level graphs and charts.
- Utilize data quality tools to determine root causes of data quality issues
- Collaborate directly with the business data owners to continuously improve data collection and analysis procedures.Provide quality data analysis training

Kvalifikationer

We are looking for an individual with a deep interest in statistical analysis, product development, and product quality who want to drive the development of how we work with measuring, analyzing and following up Quality of our products.A suitable educational background can be a Master degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Finance with a focus on data analysis and statistics.Experience from research is a plus, and so is practical experience in the field.You also have good communication skills, being able to explain and present your analysis in a clear way, and have the ability to create and utilise a broad network.
You like to share your knowledge and perform trainings to expand a fact-based mindset in the organization.We believe that you are a result oriented person, open to developing new ways of working to continuously improve.You master software tools like Minitab, excel, access, etc.You have experience working in a major organization handling and organizing complex data.You have a track record of clear, insightful analysis and well communicated output.Experience from working with different methodologies eg.Six Sigma, WCM, Lean is valuable.
