Arbetsbeskrivning
As a Senior Analyst, you will provide support to clients utilizing SS&C Advent’s software solutions. Presentation of complex technical information in a simplified and clear manner to clients, other support representatives and managers is a must. In addition, you will document all case issues and resolutions in the CRM system and case handling system. You will also be working very closely with development on escalations and roll out of new features. Proactive communication with key business units and coordinating with Senior Management is imperative. There is daily interaction with clients from a multitude of international regions, cultures, and languages.
Parallel with your tasks as a Senior Analyst you will develop your knowledge in SS&C Advent’s products.
Education, experience and personal qualities
• Bachelor’s degree or higher at university or collage level in technical or financial subjects
• Fluency in English. Conversational ability with other languages such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Icelandic, Finnish, German, French, Dutch, Russian or Arabic is advantageous.
· Experience in customer service or a client facing role is helpful.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. You might manage multiple projects/responsibilities at any one time and need to be able to meet deadlines and expectations. You can present complex information in a simplified way that is easy to understand. You care about the larger team and can give back by teaching and mentoring less experienced team members. You can analyse and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in a complex environment.
