Senior Analytics Consultant

Calabrio is an innovative, fast-paced, growing software company that delivers integrated workforce optimization software for today’s multi-channel contact centers. Now – we are on the lookout to expand our Consulting team with another ambitious collaborative colleague. As our new consultant, you will be responsible for delivering first class Calabrio WFO projects to our customers and partners. You will be part of the Professional Services team and work closely together with the Implementation Services team and other internal stakeholders. As our new Senior Analytics Consultant you will implement Calabrio WFO and together with our partners and sales managers, identify and understand the needs of our customers and prospects.

This position is based out of Sweden.
Example of tasks:
Define, run, and lead projects together with our customers and partners
Revenue responsibility for the projects and revenue contribution to the company
Produce and maintain appropriate timelines and project plans
Lead workshops and guide the customer through the implementation and system configuration
Train and support customers and partners and colleagues in the Calabrio suite, primarily Analytics.
Analyze customer data and suggest improvements through consultancy services and operational assessments
Take an active part in maintaining a high product usage and satisfaction at our customer base
Frequent travel delivering projects in Europe



About you
You should have a minimum of five years of experience from working in the Contact Center industry or other relevant consultancy experience, and a proven track record in delivering successful projects. You have experience from working hands-on with solutions like WFM, QM & Analytics and/or working as a consultant.
You have excellent communication skills in English. Other languages are considered advantageous.
You have a technical university degree combined with an analytical and problem-solving attitude
