About Us
Join Klarna’s Analytics team in Sweden as an (Senior) Analytics Manager. In this role, you will
be a pivotal figure in mentoring and guiding other analysts within our domain. Your primary
responsibilities will include driving valuable analytical insights into our domain strategy, digging
for data insights, coding, and automation. Collaborate with peers to improve resources,
processes, and our way of working, and drive know-how across the domain. You will interpret
domain finance and risk data to support strategic decision-making, manage end-to-end
business planning, and perform ad-hoc analyses to support the teams and domain lead.
What You Will Do
● Be a role model and mentor to other analysts in the domain.
● Support and drive valuable analytical insights into the domain strategy.
● Engage in data digging for insights, coding, and automation.
● Collaborate with peers and utilize analytical tools to improve resources, processes, and
our way of working.
● Drive and collect know-how across the domain, interpreting domain finance and risk data
to drive strategic decision-making.
● Manage end-to-end business planning, budgeting, forecasting, accrual, and
tracking/ownership of KPIs across 8-9 teams and stakeholders in your domain.
● Perform ad-hoc analyses to support the teams and the domain lead.
Who You Are
● Proven experience in an analytics role with a strong focus on data analysis, coding, and
automation.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide other analysts.
● Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
● Proficient in analytical tools and methodologies, with a focus on improving processes
and resources.
● Ability to interpret finance and risk data to drive strategic decision-making.
● Experience in managing business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
● Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with peers and stakeholders.
● Working proficiency in English.
Awesome to Have
● Advanced degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Economics.
● Experience in a similar role within a high-growth tech company.
● Familiarity with the financial services industry and its regulatory environment.
● Strong presentation and communication skills.
