Good communication requires good insights about the consumer. We are strengthening our competence in the marketing department with an Analytics Specialist. You will contribute to grow IKEA by enabling stakeholders to make good business decisions based on behavioural insights from customer data. You will have an important role in working with the business plan process as well as strengthen the web analytics area.

The Analytics Specialist will be part of the Consumer Insight & Market Intelligence team at IKEA Retail Sweden and will report to the Market Intelligence Manager. You will work closely with the colleagues within the marketing department and the web team.

To be successful in this role you need to have a solid experience from customer research and working with web analytics and a passion for creating results.

You are an experienced driver of development. You need to be highly skilled in communication and find it easy to present, to reach and influence people. You are analytical and have a structured approach. You are decisive and goal oriented. Of course you are passionate about life at home and interested in home furnishing.

We are looking for a senior skilled Analytics Specialist. Today, you are working for a major retailer, a media/or web agency or a media company. You are skilled in areas like digital advertising, social media and search. You need to have a relevant university degree and at least 5 years hands on experience from working with customer analytics.

The position is a full time employment, located at our Service Office in Helsingborg.
