Senior Application Developer (PHP)

About the role
You will play a critical role in this fast paced, business driven group with financial muscles to expand organically through excellent product delivery as well as mergers & acquisitions.

You will be working with colleagues in different departments across the UK & Sweden. Be a key member of the product development team and report to our Development Manager - to help design, develop and maintain custom business solutions to meet documented business requirements using Angular and the LAMP stack.

You will also mentor junior team members & support their on-going development, help create development framework, best practices, and technology adoption, perform/conduct code review, provide learning feedback and lead collaborative working across the group.

Experience
- You have a good track record of delivering full-stack business applications, solutions, APIs & DevOps pipelines making full use of Angular, PHP, SQL, DevOps tools and everything in between.

- Senior application development experience with a desire to take on an active role to help build a high-performing development team.

- Experience of Agile development techniques, practices and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps can contribute to our success.

- Demonstrate that your interpersonal, excellent IT & numeracy skills can help you build relationships with both internal and external colleagues and stakeholders.


Location
While we have an office in central London, it is a fully remote position if that suits you best.
